How do we get started?
Book a demo. When you're ready, we provision your organization and its director account — usually within a day. Your director then invites team leaders and operators by email; each sets a password and is working in minutes.
Who controls our account?
Your organization's director. They appoint team leaders, set branding, and manage roles. Team leaders run scheduling, tasks, SOPs, and operator onboarding day to day.
Is our data separated from other companies?
Yes — isolation is enforced at the database row level, not in application code, and we test it continuously with a suite that tries to read across tenants and escalate privileges. One company can never query another's data.
Does it work in the field?
Operator flows — daily checklists, patrol start and stop, schedules, and the daily log — are designed for phones first. No app store install required.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Logo, accent colour, a dedicated sign-in address (yourcompany.atromsecurity.com) and even the photograph behind your sign-in page are per-organization.
What about drone operations?
If you fly, ATROM keeps your aircraft registry, RPAS pre-flight checklists, pilot certifications and flight logs alongside everything else — and can carry a live feed from an aircraft into the console. Live video needs a small piece of hardware on site; we'll walk you through it.
