How do we get started?
Book a demo. When you're ready, we provision your organization and its director account — usually within a day. Your director then invites team leaders and operators by email; each sets a password and is working in minutes.
Who controls our account?
Your organization's director. They appoint team leaders, set branding, and manage roles. Team leaders run scheduling, tasks, SOPs, and operator onboarding day to day.
Is our data separated from other companies?
Yes — isolation is enforced at the database row level, not in application code, and we test it continuously. One company can never query another's data.
Does it work in the field?
Operator flows — daily checklists, patrol start/stop, schedules — are designed for phones first. No app store install required.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Logo, accent colour, and a dedicated sign-in address (yourcompany.atrom.app) are per-organization.
